A little about Janine...
Divorce often arrives as an uninvited reckoning—a stripping away that, while painful, can become the ground for profound transformation. I'm Janine Hopkinson, an Integral Master Coach™ and ICF Professional Certified Coach who works with women navigating the tender, disorienting terrain of midlife transitions. My approach, Generative Embodiment™, recognizes that lasting change happens not just through insight, but through the body—through presence, breath, and the slow work of rebuilding trust in yourself. Drawing from two decades as a creative director and my training in developmental and somatic practices, I offer both individual coaching and intimate cohort-based programs for women ready to move from survival into reclamation: clarifying who they're becoming, metabolizing grief and identity loss, and finding their way back to their own knowing.
