I work with people reclaiming the parts of themselves they were forced to set aside. People learning to believe their own voice again after years of having their reality questioned or denied. People grappling with the enormous cost of leaving and the impossible toll of staying.
Together, we focus on what comes next: restoring trust in your own judgment and worthiness, grieving what youโve lost, exploring the needs and desires youโve tried to ignore, and rebuilding confidence that they are achievable.
Whether our work is one-on-one or as part of a couple, the goal is the same: you get to be you again, no justification required.
