A little about Kristen…
Kristen M. Ploetz is a CDC Certified Divorce Coach for women in midlife who are ending long-term marriages or coming out as LGBTQ+ while married to men, both of which are part of her own personal story. In her divorce coaching practice, Kristen uses her prior professional experience as a family law attorney and mediator, together with her specialized coaching certification and personal divorce experience, to help inform her services. She supports women who are contemplating or already going through divorce by helping them get organized, communicate effectively, process uncomfortable emotions that might impede making choices that align with a client's values, and guide women in how to make high stakes decisions with confidence and clarity. These services are designed to help women minimize conflict, maximize efficiency, and save money throughout their divorce, all while maintaining a sense of calm and well-being.
