We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard most widely used for websites.

In November 2026 we reviewed our main pages against WCAG 2.2 AA, using automated testing and manual checks. Since then we have:

• Increased colour contrast on navigation, buttons and text
• Added a clearly visible outline for anyone navigating by keyboard
• Made our Quick Exit link the first stop when using the Tab key
• Added text descriptions to images that link to downloads and tools
• Underlined links within body text so they don't rely on colour alone

We review the site regularly and fix problems as we find them.

Some parts of the site use tools from other companies, including our forms, newsletter sign-ups, event calendar, podcast players and checkout. We choose these with accessibility in mind, but we don't control all of their code. Some older downloadable PDFs may also not work well with screen readers yet.
