Carrie Mead, LCPC offers individual psychotherapy services to adults facing midlife crisis and mid life transitions. Carrie Mead, LCPC treats anxiety, depression, trauma and other mental disorders with a combination of mindfulness and CBT approaches. Carrie Mead, LCPC also runs psychotherapy groups for women contemplating divorce and women recovering from divorce. Compassion, empathy, wisdom, and knowledge form the foundation of all of Carrie Mead's, LCPC therapeutic interactions. Finally, Carrie Mead, LCPC works with immigrant families who are going through the immigration process and she works with a number of clients who are recovering from severe trauma associated with surviving emotionally abusive relationships.
