A little about Amy…
You can have meaningful work and a nurtured family—and I help busy, purpose-driven people do exactly that.
Through one-on-one and membership community programs, I support you with creating more simplicity and less stress by focusing on one core priority per season, so you can make real, noticeable progress without overwhelm.
You don’t need to do more; you just need to do what’s aligned. When your actions match your values and goals, momentum follows naturally.
I combine my background in HR and Business Coaching with experience as a Life & Leadership Coach to help you optimize time and energy to maximize results without sacrificing what matters most. My programming approach centers around personalization: I recognize that you are unique, your family is unique, and your relationship to your work is unique and evolving.
Your individual needs guide the tools, resources, and support you receive in our work together. You deserve to take center stage and be supported in designing a life you truly love.

Testimonials
Amy’s still on it. Our first 2026 session continues to have me maneuvering forwards towards my objectives and goals instead of postering and providing a glossy look of achievements.
I receive specific questions about how things are going for me from Amy and nonjudgmental probes towards details necessary points of reference and steps that functionally need to be dealt with and resolved in order to check off the list of things required to do to get myself closer to attaining what it is I have shared with her are important to handle.
I even told another professional development program I am a part of how supportively helpful Amy’s work has been for me making progress in THAT program (and I recall smiling on the phone when I shared this with a member of that professional development program’s fellow participant).
I plan to stay with Amy and I also intend to extend the Coaching sessions with her. - Jonathan
Working with Amy has been truly transformative. From our very first session, she created an environment that felt completely safe and welcoming. What sets Amy apart is her masterful way of asking questions – never leading or prescriptive, but with a gentle curiosity that helps you discover your own answers. Her questions cut straight to the heart of things without ever feeling invasive or judgmental. I always left our sessions feeling heard, understood, and energized.
Amy's questions never felt like criticism – instead, they illuminated possibilities I hadn't considered and gave me clarity to create better boundaries.
Amy has this remarkable gift for asking the kinds of questions that help you cut through external expectations and identify what you actually value versus what you think you should value. Her gentle questioning gave me the clarity and confidence to start saying no to things that didn't align with my core priorities and yes to opportunities that nourished my soul.
For anyone considering working with Amy, I can't recommend her highly enough. Her approach to questioning is both an art and a skill – she knows exactly how to ask the right question at the right moment to help you gain clarity without ever making you feel judged or directed. Amy's coaching isn't about quick fixes or surface-level advice – it's about sustainable change that comes from really understanding yourself through thoughtful self-reflection. - Colleen Y.
