A little about Elisabeth…
I provide therapy through a lens that includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Most people find me when they are tired of being impacted by things that happened to them years ago, anxiety is getting the best of them, or they are going through a significant change, such as divorce.
I have a great deal of experience working with people who identify as women or are part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I have specialized training to provide care for people who have gone through traumatic events, losses, or extremely stressful situations.
I provide a welcoming space where I help people lay down the burdens of the past so they can refocus on their lives in the present and develop hope for the future.
Certifications
I have intensive training in treating trauma through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), as well as Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT) for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
I am fully licensed to provide psychotherapy in Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire.
