Divorce is hard. I know that professionally, but I also know it personally.

I’m Kimberly Lorah, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Divorce Coach, Certified Pre-Mediation Divorce Coach, and founder of Blossom Coaching. After going through my own divorce, I realized there was a significant gap in the divorce process. You may have an attorney to handle the legal issues and financial professionals to address the numbers but who helps you manage the overwhelm, think clearly, make difficult decisions, and figure out how to move forward?

That is why I created Blossom Coaching.

I help people prepare for mediation, navigate divorce, recover, and rebuild their lives. I offer individual divorce coaching, pre-mediation preparation, and divorce support groups where people can find connection in a safe and understanding community.

I offer the guidance of a coach, the expertise of a therapist, and the understanding of someone who has been through divorce. With more than 25 years of experience in the mental health field, professional divorce coaching expertise, and my own lived experience, I understand both the emotional and practical challenges of this transition.

Because divorce isn’t simply about ending a marriage. It is a major life transition that affects your family, finances, emotions, identity, and future. You shouldn’t have to figure it all out alone.
