I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping people move through anxiety, OCD, and the life transitions that can knock even high-achievers off balance. My practice specializes in supporting clients through divorce, relationship changes, career shifts, and other major turning points, using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills. I trained at Boston University's Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders and spent over a decade on faculty and staff at NYU Hospital before opening my private practice in Nashville. I bring deep clinical expertise together with a warm, direct, and collaborative style, helping clients move through periods of uncertainty with more clarity and less anxiety.
