North Andover Counseling Professionals provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals and families navigating divorce, major life transitions, stress, anxiety, and trauma, including EMDR therapy. Founder Karen LeClaire is also the founder of CCE Performance, where she provides non-clinical stress and performance training using the CCE Performance Reset Method—Recognize, Reset, Perform, Recover. Together, these services offer both clinical support for healing and practical tools to help individuals manage high-pressure moments, regain focus, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.
