A little about Bria...

You gave this relationship everything. Your energy, your patience, your sense of self. Maybe you bent yourself into shapes you didn't recognize anymore: quieting your needs, managing his moods, performing a version of yourself that kept the peace but cost you something real. Now something has shifted. Maybe you've left. Maybe you're still deciding. Maybe the relationship is over and you're standing in the wreckage of who you used to be, wondering how to find her again. This is tender, complicated territory, and it often shows up most acutely in the places we least expect. Your body. Your sense of desire. Your ability to trust your own instincts about what you want and who you want to be. If coercive control, narcissistic dynamics, or sexual coercion were part of your experience, those layers deserve specific, informed attention, and a space where you can finally feel your sacred rage and grief and say the things you were never allowed to say out loud. I work with women who are ready to stop abandoning themselves. Women learning to hear their own voice again after years of having it dismissed, minimized, or talked over. Women reclaiming their erotic selves, their boundaries, and their right to want things — including pleasure, connection, and a loving life that actually belongs to them. My approach is what I call compassionate straight talk: warm, direct, and honest about what's getting in the way. I don't sugarcoat, but I do bring humor and lightness when it fits, because sometimes that's exactly what healing needs. I'll support you to grieve what was lost, make sense of what happened, and start building what comes next: on your terms, at your pace, without judgment. If you're here, something in you already knows it's time. Let's figure out the rest together.

Testimonials

Clients often say things to me like, "You made talking about difficult things feel okay. Normal, not weird." Or: "I have only ever felt safety in comfort in our work together." They often thank me for the gentleness and care I bring to topics like sexual abuse, coercive control, and reclaiming one's power as a woman. Nothing lights me up quite like seeing a woman rising from the ashes of her old life, and I'm honored to be able to support women in this space.

Clients often tell me that our work together is the first time they've felt truly safe saying the thing they've never said out loud. That matters more to me than any credential. What I most want you to know is that nothing you bring into this space will shock me, overwhelm me, or change how I see you. I've sat with some of the hardest human experiences, betrayal, shame, sexual coercion, identity loss, and I'll sit with yours too. You don't have to manage my reactions here. That's not your job anymore. This work isn't about fixing you. You're not broken. It's about clearing away what was never yours to carry so you can hear yourself again. Most clients are surprised by how quickly that becomes possible.

For those who are curious: I also offer psychedelic preparation and integration support as an optional complement to therapy. Sometimes the most significant breakthroughs happen outside the therapy office. Having skilled support to integrate what emerged can make all the difference. I don't facilitate journeys; I help you make sense of them and weave the insights into your actual life.
