A little about Anastasia...

Divorce is hard enough. Your home shouldn't make it harder. Most people don't realize that the mortgage decisions made during divorce, before the settlement is signed - can follow you for years. The wrong structure means failed refinances, damaged credit, and financial doors that close before you even knew they were open. I've seen it happen. Deadlines missed. Settlement language a lender can't work with. And by the time someone calls me, the agreement is already signed and very hard to fix. That's why I get involved early. As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP®) and CPA, I help divorcing homeowners figure out what's actually possible with the family home, and make sure whatever goes into the settlement can be executed in the real world. Here's how I help: - Mortgage feasibility & qualification analysis - Equity buyout planning & structuring - Refinance & loan assumption guidance - Settlement language review - Post-divorce home purchase planning - Pre-Divorce and Post-Divorce Lifestyle Alignment Analysis I see the full financial picture: the mortgage, the taxes, the cash flow, and the long-term consequences of each decision. If there's a home involved in your divorce, let's talk before you sign anything.

Testimonials

Priya S. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “We were in mediation and both trying to keep things civil, but the house was the one thing we couldn't agree on. My husband wanted to sell, I wanted to keep it. Neither of us knew if I could even qualify on my own. Anastasia ran the numbers for both of us, no sides and no pressure, and showed us exactly what each option looked like financially. Turns out I could keep it, but only if the settlement was written a specific way. She told our mediator exactly what language to use. We signed two months later. The house stayed. No court, no drama.”

Marcus T. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “I was the one moving out and honestly I just wanted my name off that mortgage. My attorney said it would get handled. Three months after the decree was signed, my ex still hadn't refinanced and my credit took a hit from a late payment on a house I don't even live in. I found Anastasia after the fact. She couldn't undo what was already done but she mapped out exactly what I needed to protect myself going forward and helped me understand what I could qualify for on my own. Wish I'd called her before we signed anything.”

Denise O. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “I was 67, the house was paid off, and I thought my only option was to sell. Neither of us had enough income for a traditional mortgage. Anastasia was the one who brought up a reverse mortgage, I'll be honest, I'd always thought of those as a bad idea. She explained it so clearly I finally got it. I kept the house my kids grew up in without touching a single retirement account.”
