A little about Jennifer...
Jennifer's practice concentrates in family law with a specialty in a non-adversarial, out-of-court divorces. Although Jennifer is an experienced litigator, she now focuses her family law practice on Collaborative Family Law or Mediation. These non-adversarial dispute resolution options empower families to resolve disputes without the trauma that litigation can exacerbate. Jennifer is retained either as a lawyer for one spouse involved in either the Collaborative or Mediation process, or she is retained as a neutral mediator to facilitate the conversation between two spouses.
