A little about Karen...
White Oak Divorce Coaching began as a result of me working in the divorce industry for 19 years as a family law paralegal. I saw the increasing need for deescalation of conflict and emotional support. We don't show up to divorce as our best self and with the proper guidance, you can flip the script and navigate divorce in a way that does not annihilate relationships. Had I used a coach during my own divorce, I would of save time, money, and a lot of mental anguish for myself and my family. I opened White Oak Divorce Coaching to assist those finding themselves in this transitional period and in hopes of helping others realize they aren't lost- with a steady guide, anyone can navigate divorce educated, regulated, and prepared to start their new chapter.
