A little about Val...

Grief & Life Transition Coach I work with women moving through divorce and other life transitions who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next. Together, we focus on rebuilding emotional steadiness, reconnecting to your inner voice, and creating small, supportive shifts that help you feel grounded again. My approach blends conversation, practical tools, and guided meditations to support both emotional processing and forward movement. You don’t have to have it all figured out, you just have to be willing to begin.

Certifications

Ordained Minister and Certified Usui Reiki Master & Teacher with advanced training in energy work, intuition, and emotional healing. Completed The Masters’ Way, a three-year spiritual development program, and Open to Channel, focused on deepening intuitive awareness and self-connection. In addition to formal training, I bring lived experience navigating grief, trauma, and major life transitions. I combine this with over 20 years of experience in media and storytelling, using reflective tools, guided practices, and meditation to support emotional resilience and self-reconnection.
