A little about Thomai...
My name is Dr. Thomai Roi, and I am The Divorce Doula for accomplished women. No matter where you are in your divorce (before, during or after), I walk alongside you through one of the most disorienting seasons of your life. And I do it through Identity Coaching. Divorce doesn't just end a marriage. It strips away the identity you built inside of it (The wife. The mother. The woman who held everything together). And when that structure falls away, most women don't know who's left standing. That's where I come in. I specialize in Identity Coaching for women who are done performing a life that no longer fits. I serve who I was 5 years ago: The woman who senses there's someone underneath all the roles they've been playing, but hasn't had the space or support to find her. My work isn't about helping you "just get through it." It's about helping you remember who you were before the marriage, and before life told you who to be. When you know who you are and not just who you were in the marriage, you make different decisions. You take different actions. And you build a different life. I'm not here for reinvention. This is the life you were always meant for, and the purpose of Identity Work is to dissolve everything in its way. I was married for 15 years before my divorce, and choosing myself and to leave flipped my life upside down. I've been doing this work for myself for over 3 years now and I'm building and being the person and support I so desperately wish I had.
Certifications
I'm a pharmacist by trade, and I've been an entrepreneur for the past decade. I don't have any certifications with regards to my Identity Coaching, just the lived-in experience of losing myself in the roles I created in my life for over 15 years, and then excavating it all.
