High-functioning on the outside, unraveled on the inside. That was me during my divorce 5 years ago. Today, I'm sovereign, regulated and happier than ever. And I help other women navigate that same transition through a unique blend of coaching and reiki healing, both of which can be done via phone or Zoom.
