As seen in:

Olivia Dreizen Howell, Co-Founder and CEO of Fresh Starts Registry, is a clinical hypnotherapist, a neurolinguistic practitioner, a certified life and success coach, and a single mom. After her divorce in 2019, Olivia realized that we celebrate weddings and babies with a registry, but in the moments we really need to restock our life, like divorce, job loss, or any brave decision and major life change, we need the support, both in the form of support items for your home and the experts who become our hype team. Alongside her sister, Jenny Dreizen, Olivia founded Fresh Starts Registry, a first-of-its-kind platform built to support those going through brave and bold changes, such as divorce, job changes, coming out, living through grief, and more, by revolutionizing the art of starting again.

Olivia has an extensive background in marketing and communications, having worked on several global campaigns and television shows in the last decade. In 2013, she founded March Lion Media, a global social media marketing firm. Through that company, Olivia was the lead social media director for VeeTee Rice for both the American and UK brands. She also led social media for A&E's Scraps Television Show and worked with Katie Couric on the Scraps campaign. Olivia was the lead social media and marketing director—and later the editorial director and lead content creator—for Gugu Guru, a customized baby registration platform to which she attributes much of her registry knowledge.

Since founding Fresh Starts, Olivia has become the co-host, editor, and producer of A Fresh Story, a podcast that features raw, vulnerable, and honest conversations with guests about brave life decisions and fresh starts. She has also written over 250 scripts to support people through life changes based on a revolutionary and proprietary method known as the VASE method, is writing a book alongside her sister and Co-Founder,  and has been featured in Forbes, the Wall Street Journal, The Cut, New York Magazine, The New York Post, and more, leading to further growth opportunities for the Fresh Starts Registry brand, including a TV show in pre-production.

Olivia is a voice for single parenthood and educating and supporting people through the hard things, and with everything she does, both personally and professionally, she leads with compassion and empathy. For Olivia, her goal is for people to feel supported and held in the way they need it most. Olivia leads groups of women to eliminate impostor syndrome and step into their success through support and empowerment coaching. She prides herself in showing up “messy,” providing her friends and followers on social media with support and real-life images of the truths and challenges of running a company and being a single mom. Whether it’s a song recommendation, a simple script, or even a job—she is also the founder of a job posting site known as YentaList, which has over 50,000 page views—Olivia makes it her personal mission to make sure no one feels alone.

Despite the titles and roles that Olivia juggles on a daily basis, she is first and foremost a single mom and in her free time, you can find her watching 90s sitcoms with her boys, watercoloring, and writing a novel that she says her kids probably shouldn’t read until they’re older.
