Aurisha Smolarski, LMFT

A little about Aurisha…

Cooperative Co-parenting is a method designed to offer co-parents a way to reframe their relationship so it functions effectively and helps their child to thrive. I offer you a tailored approach to your co-parenting family needs. Co-parenting therapy/coaching does not need to be a long term process. I work with individuals or co-parenting teams. You will gain the info and tools to move forward into your co-parenting relationship with the confidence of knowing you will continue to raise secure and well adjusted kids. They deserve it and so do you!

As a therapist, a trained mediator and a co-parent myself, I am very familiar with the challenges faced by co-parents, who are trying to raise a child together. The tendency is to let problems that exist between the co-parents spill over into their parenting. I can help you successfully end one relationship, your romantic one, so you can be in a co-parenting one with confidence, calm and cooperation.

My style is relational, dynamic, engaging, motivating, supportive, and warm. My work is grounded in attachment theory science, solution based strategies and compassion as I bring an unbiased approach to helping your co-parenting team stay focused on creating a cooperative structure that will support your children.

I help co-parents move from conflict to cooperation and from confusion to clarity, from emotional to practical, so they can focus on loving their child and moving forward in their own lives.
