Letās Get Your Podcast Set Up
Itās a lot of copying and pasting, but youāll be okay!
Quick Access Menu:
Distribution Channels:
1. Head over to podcasters.spotify.com/gettingstarted. Select āSpotify for Podcastersā
2. Fill in your information and hit āNextā
3. Select āI want to start a podcast.ā
4. Select āContinue with Spotifyā
5. Click āContinue to the Appā
(I find this confusing, but just trust me here)
6. Make sure you verify your account via the email Spotify will send to you!
If you do not see the email come through after a few minutes check your spam, I find a lot of times podcast emails go to spam. This goes for any time youāre waiting on a verification email!
7. Click āGo to podcast setupā
8. Time to input your information!
9. And tell them a little about your podcast
10. and voila!
11. Finish and hit continue!
12. Now drop in your cover art. We have some templates for you to use and you can always change it, so donāt worry too much!
13. Theyāll give you the option to crop your photo, do or donāt and then click āContinue.ā
14. Youāll see this page, click on the upper right corner and head to āPodcast settingsā
15. Time to tell them your podcast name, add the description, tell them who the Author is (itās you!)
16. Scroll down and youāll see your cover art. Look! You can change it out there! Tell them a little more about your podcast, you can recommend some podcasts from here too!
17. Scroll down, we like these settings, but you donāt have to select them!
18. Scroll down again, input your social info and website!
19. Fill in your info!
20. Scroll to the top and hit āSaveā!
21. Back to settings and choose āPodcast Availabilityā
