As an RN and Clinical Sound Therapist, I have spent over a decade helping people navigate profound life transitions, including the overwhelming stress of divorce. My practice, Sound Healing, combines clinical nursing knowledge with the science of sound to help you manage the emotional and physical toll of starting over. Whether you are seeking personal healing or a new professional path, I offer two powerful avenues for transformation: Personal Healing Sessions - Divorce often leaves the nervous system in a state of "fight or flight." At my studio in Stuart, Florida, I provide a unique multi-sensory experience that combines live sound baths using over 75 world instruments—like gongs and crystal bowls—with advanced Vibroacoustic Sound Bed therapy. This research-based approach uses frequency and vibration to reduce the anxiety, insomnia, and depression that often accompany major life changes. It helps clear emotional blockages and creates a deep sense of peace, allowing you to regain the clarity and confidence needed to rebuild your life. *Sound Bath Only sessions are also available online Sound Healing Practitioner Certification Training - For those looking to turn their "fresh start" into a meaningful new career, my Practitioner Certification Training offers a path to professional renewal. With my background as an RN, BSN and Master Sound Healer, I ensure every session and training module is rooted in evidence-based relaxation techniques. I had an amazing experience with Barbara recently at a group session. I have been dealing with a great deal of emotional and physical pain. I’ve been struggling to eat and sleep as well. I came looking for some relief and begin my healing journey. Barbara lead our small group through the session where she used so many beautiful instruments including the sound bowls. I left feeling a sense of peace and calmness that I haven’t felt in months. I haven’t been eating a lot lately as I haven’t felt hunger. Well when I arrived home, I was starving!
