I work with men and women in every stage of the process — from those still deciding whether to divorce, to those deep in negotiations, to those learning how to co-parent well after the dust has settled.

Through private coaching, group programs, and our signature digital course, clients learn how to manage overwhelming emotions, communicate effectively with a co-parent, set healthy boundaries, and stay focused on long-term goals instead of short-term chaos.
