A little about Trina…

Trina Nudson, LBSW, CDC®, DCA®, is a family law attorney, social worker, mediator, and Certified Divorce Coach® who has spent more than twenty-five years on the front lines of family conflict. She is the creator of the BeH2O® co-parenting system and the BeAligned™ reflection and communication platform—two innovative models helping parents and professionals shift from conflict to collaboration.

Her work is rooted in the belief that when families experience clarity and purpose, children are free to simply be kids. Drawing from disciplines including law, social work, psychology, and leadership science, Trina integrates insights from thought leaders like William Ury, Simon Sinek, Bob Proctor, and the Arbinger Institute. Her systems blend emotional intelligence with practical frameworks, helping parents move from reaction to reflection and professionals sustain their own well-being while supporting families.

As a coach, speaker, and system-builder, Trina empowers families and professionals to safeguard childhoods through mindset shifts, communication clarity, and alignment around shared goals. Her voice is both visionary and grounded—speaking not just to what’s broken in the family system, but to what’s possible when we design better systems to serve real human needs.

Testimonials

Trina was amazing and can help anyone in a non-judgmental way. - Client

It forced us to talk about the necessities of co parenting and the importance of putting other things aside in order to focus on what matters. Trina pushed us which was uncomfortable but necessary. - Client

The most important part is how Trina’s approach disallows angry parents to hijack sessions and mess up the progress.  - Client
