Movement and Sound for Ease and Support with Rachel Lovitt of Mindful Movement and Living

Some days your body is holding things your mind hasn't caught up to yet. This session is designed to help you close that gap — gently. We'll start with slow, grounding movement to release tension you might not even realize you're carrying. No experience needed, no "right" way to do it. Just your body, moving at your pace. From there, we'll settle into a sound bath meditation — an immersive experience using resonant tones to quiet the mental noise and bring you back to yourself. This isn't about pushing through. It's about landing somewhere softer. Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
