A little about Taraโฆ
Tara Bodine is the Founder and CEO of True North People Consulting and a personal, professional, and leadership coach who supports people navigating divorce and other major life transitions.
When your personal life changes, your professional responsibilities do not simply pause. You may still be leading a team, running a business, making important decisions, or figuring out what comes next, all while rebuilding your confidence, identity, and sense of stability.
Through one-on-one coaching, Tara helps clients move through that uncertainty with greater clarity and confidence. Her approach blends practical support with mindset work, helping people recognize patterns that may be holding them back, communicate more effectively, make grounded decisions, and begin creating a life and career that feel true to who they are becoming.
For business owners, Tara and her team can also provide fractional HR and Chief of Staff support to help maintain stability during a demanding life transition. They can support hiring and employee needs, clarify priorities, organize moving pieces, strengthen the team, and keep important work progressing when an ownerโs time and energy are limited.
Tara brings more than 20 years of business and HR experience, has coached over 2,000 leaders, and holds a masterโs degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Her advanced certifications include Success and Life Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Breathwork.
At the heart of Taraโs work is the belief that compassion and accountability belong together, and that you do not have to navigate your next chapter alone.
