I am a Liberatory Life Coach. I help people who’ve spent years shrinking themselves to finally step forward without self-doubt. This includes helping you heal from codependency and overgiving while staying aligned with your values for yourself and the world. My clients describe me as warm and curious, and they love how I connect the dots for them. I work with folks remotely in 1:1 and group settings.
