A little about Jessica…

I am an occupational therapist and specialize in the nervous system. My role involves guiding women in understanding their nervous system in their daily lives, helping them feel more present, connected, and less burdened by guilt. Our nervous system operates behind the scenes, running the show, and once you grasp its intricacies, everything shifts. It's like peering beneath the hood of stress. I offer one to one coaching, small groups and workshops.

Testimonials

This program will help you "look under the hood" of what is really going on during the moments you feel overwhelmed, stressed or burnt out. You will come away with practical tools for yourself and your family-- things you can start to do right away that make a difference right away. There are other benefits that take time to see, but the time I spent doing this was the best self-care I could ever have done. Taking care of our nervous systems is the self care we all REALLY need, and it won't just benefit you, it will really benefit your whole family. Your children will learn from you about their own nervous systems and these are tools they can use forever-- tools that will impact them and all of their relationships.

I feel like a calmer, more centered version of myself. I feel like I have a deeper understanding of what my nervous system needs are in order to stay in a calm, collected state. And I know how to take care of myself if I do get overwhelmed or anxious. Small changes in day to day life have made a huge impact in my overall happiness.

Honestly, just the validation of being seen. I felt my whole body relax knowing that what I was going through was not only normal - but solvable. Also - Jess practices what she preaches, so her deeply calming presence co-regulated me even from across a zoom screen. It was a relaxing way to spend an evening, and I came out of it feeling regulated, relaxed and in control. I'm not having panic attacks. I set boundaries. I notice my body's signs that I need to take steps to calm down my nervous system before I lose it.
