A little about Allison…
I'm a family law attorney, certified divorce coach, and court-approved mediator helping individuals and families navigate divorce and co-parenting transitions with less conflict and more clarity.
After nearly a decade at a traditional family law firm, I learned there were two types of attorneys: the "bulldogs" who thrived on conflict, and the "problem solvers" who focused on solutions. I knew I was meant to be a problem solver. More importantly, I saw how much families lose—emotionally, financially, and relationally—by going to court. So I launched Divorce by Allison, LLC to offer a better path.
I support clients at every stage—before, during, and after divorce. As a mediator, I help couples create customized divorce agreements and parenting plans. As a coach, I provide one-on-one guidance for those considering divorce, as well as those who need extra help navigating mediation or the divorce process. As a consulting attorney, I help clients understand legal options and reach uncontested settlements without unnecessary escalation.
