A little about Tammy
Iโm Tammy Adcock, founder of Adcock Coaching, a Certified High-Conflict Divorce Coach with additional certifications in narcissistic abuse and coercive control. My work is informed by both professional training and lived experience navigating divorce and family court.
I help parents feel more prepared and less overwhelmed by supporting clear communication, practical organization, documentation, and preparation for conversations with their attorneys. I understand how exhausting it can be to protect your peace while staying focused on your children.
As an author and founder of The Shoes Left Behind, I also advocate for greater awareness of how family conflict affects children. My approach is compassionate, practical, and child-centered. I provide coaching and educational support, not legal advice, and work alongside the guidance of each clientโs attorney.
