Podcast Spotlight: The Divorce Chronicles

A lot of divorce happens in the gaps between appointments. In the car after a mediation session, the night before a hard conversation with your co-parent, or at 2am when you can’t stop running through everything you might have forgotten. The Divorce Chronicles is meant for those moments.

The podcast is hosted by Shauna Warden, a Certified Divorce Coach, and releases new episodes bimonthly. It’s an interview show built on honest conversations, both with professionals and with people sharing their own experiences, and it covers the emotional, practical, and financial realities of divorce. Topics include co-parenting, boundaries, communication, custody, high-conflict dynamics, and rebuilding after separation.

It’s for anyone considering divorce, going through it, or adjusting to life afterward, and especially for parents looking for practical guidance and some reassurance along the way.

Where to start

If you’re in the thick of it, Warden suggests starting with her conversation with Daryl Shenner about My Court Case and organizing your divorce documentation.

When you’re buried in messages, paperwork, and the fear of missing something important, getting organized can feel like one more impossible task. This episode gives you a place to start thinking about documentation, and it acknowledges the emotional weight of being in a legal battle while you do it. It’s a good listen for anyone who needs a sense of direction and a way to begin sorting through what’s in front of them.

Sometimes relief starts with knowing where to begin.

The Divorce Chronicles is available on Spotify, and video interviews are on YouTube.
