A little about Cat…
I’m a proud mama to an amazing six-year-old son and a fierce advocate for protective parents. I’m also a domestic abuse survivor — specifically of non-physical intimate partner violence in the form of coercive control, which is now recognized as a form of domestic abuse in many states across the U.S. and the U.K.
In 2020, I left my abuser and fought a long, difficult custody battle — ultimately securing primary custody, sole decision-making authority, and strong protective orders in 2024. The peace and protection these orders have afforded my son and me has been life-changing.
I know firsthand how stacked the system can feel against protective parents — and I also know that with ironclad strategy, professional court presence, and trauma-informed resilience, it is possible to secure safety and peace for yourself and your children.
Now, through my work as a Nationally Certified High-Conflict Divorce & Custody Coach, Colorado Certified Mediator, and DASH Certified Risk Assessor, I help clients do exactly that. We focus on crafting authentic, child-focused strategy, presenting with clarity and strength in court, navigating family court professionals, and maintaining the nervous system regulation needed to stay the course for our children.
It's my honor to support my clients through every phase of the divorce process - from before you file, during the dissolution process, in family court if needed, and post-decree through co-parent communication coaching. My goal is to help my clients lay the foundation for a life beyond divorce that's more than just surviving and builds the path towards thriving.
This work is deeply personal to me. Every child deserves safety. Every protective parent deserves support. I’m here to walk with you in it and help you navigate that path — with strategy, empathy, and unwavering resolve.
