Speak Before You’re Ready

You've had the thought more than once. You have something to say. Something worth hearing. Maybe it's a story you lived through that could change how someone else sees their own situation. Maybe it's an idea you keep circling back to, one that could genuinely help people — if you ever actually said it out loud. But you haven't. Not really. Not in the way it deserves. Maybe you've told yourself you need more credentials first. More polish. A better origin story or a clearer message. Maybe you've watched other women step into the spotlight and thought, "I could never do that," even though something in you knows you're sitting on material that matters. This session is for women who know they are meant for more but have hesitated to share their voice publicly. It is not about becoming a perfect speaker. It's not about memorizing a TED Talk formula or learning to perform confidence you don't feel yet. It's about learning how to stop hiding — the stories, the ideas, the hard-won experiences that could genuinely inspire change in someone else's life. Because the thing holding most women back from speaking isn't a lack of talent or content. It's the belief that what they have isn't ready, isn't enough, or isn't theirs to share. And that belief is worth examining — out loud, in a room full of women who are working through the same thing.
