Be The Lighthouse; Biological Support for Parents with Neuro-Spicy Kiddos During Tumult and Transition

Divorce and other big family changes can shake everyone up, and neuro-spicy kids often feel it in their bodies first. Meanwhile, parents are running on empty trying to keep everyone steady. In this session, Robyn shares a body-based approach to becoming the calm, steady presence your kids can orient toward (the "oxytocin north star") instead of reaching for quick fixes that keep everyone stuck in the cycle (the "dopamine dealer").

You'll learn:

  • How to recognize when your threat response (and your child's) is running the show, and simple ways to bring it down

  • Why getting back to basics like sleep, food and rest matters more than ever during transition

  • How to lead with safety instead of shame, for your kids and for yourself

Expect practical, grounded tools you can start using right away, plus time for questions.
