Our basic premise for a Fresh Start journey is getting new items that are tactile and the items you literally touch every day. Remember, objects hold energy, so it’s in with the new, and out with the “thank you, but we’re moving on.”
Bedroom Essentials
Sheets: These basic sheets come in a huge variety of colors, and each set comes with a flat sheet, a fitted sheet and two 30 inch Standard pillowcases. They’re super budget friendly and are rated 4.6/5 stars; we suggest getting a print or color you’ve always wanted and can finally enjoy! ($20-$25)
Comfy Comforter: A Fresh Start means investing in your self-worth and there’s nothing that makes us feel more worthy than a cozy bed! Shower Curtain: A simple way to give a Fresh Start to your bathroom is by updating the shower curtain! We love this one which comes highly rated and in a variety of classic prints. ($13)
Toothbrush holder: Yep, you heard us right. Get yourself a new toothbrush holder because you deserve it. We like this toothbrush holder because it has enough room for you, or anyone else you invite into your life, and comes in a few colors. ($15)
Shower Caddy: The thing about showers is that they’re the perfect place for releasing all of your emotions during a Fresh Start, so you need to make sure your shower is a place you want to be! Dishware: Yes, you deserve new dishes! We always suggest a classic white ceramic dish set for 4 to begin with, you can always dress up the table in other ways, so go simple with the dishes.
