SunUp Coaching LLC is a certified life coach practices that supports individuals experiencing major life transitions such as divorce, new job, move, lay off, becoming a first time parent, or a high school senior launching in to new things. I help folks unashamedly live out their values.
For my clients, I promise to listen to you, care about you, offer guidance, and celebrate you!
I am a people loving, adventure seeking, truth telling, donut consuming human. Life is short and I’m doing my darndest to live it. You can often find me exploring mountains or diving in the ocean, trying to keep up with my rad son. The outdoors and time with people I love are my favorite. My style is direct and my motto is “mean what you say, say what you mean.” I value clarity, especially amidst tumultuous life situations.
